Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

At LumeControl, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our Pro Wireless Bluetooth Controller comes with a Lifetime Warranty to ensure that you have peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions of our Lifetime Warranty:

Warranty Coverage

    • Covered Defects: The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. This includes issues with mechanical components, electronic circuitry, and any part of the controller that affects its proper functioning.
    • Non-Covered Issues: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or any external causes such as exposure to liquids, extreme heat, or impacts. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, is also not covered.

Warranty Process

    • Warranty Card: Each controller comes with a warranty card inside the package. Please retain this card, as it may be required when submitting a warranty claim. The warranty card includes a unique serial number that helps us track your product and ensure its authenticity
    • How to Make a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to warranty@lumecontrol.com. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your name and contact information.
    • The unique serial number found on your warranty card.
    • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
    • A copy of your original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receiving your claim, our customer support team will evaluate the issue. If the defect is covered under our warranty, we will provide you with repair or replacement options at no additional cost. If further inspection is necessary, we may ask you to send the product back to us.

Additional Information

    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product for inspection or repair. LumeControl will cover the shipping costs when sending a repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
    • Product Discontinuation: If a product is discontinued, LumeControl will provide a replacement of equivalent value or a refund at our discretion.
    • Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
